Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all clients respect our time and scheduling by adhering to the following policy:
• 48+ hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service total will be charged
• No-call / No-show: 100% of the service total will be charged
• All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once toward a future appointment.
